International Program Application To
start the process of adopting a child from our Russian program you need to fill out the
international program application. To
receive an application please contact us. We can
either mail, fax, or e-mail you the application. The form has the basic
information about your family, marriage, employment, and an agreement with the
agency. Once
we have received your application along with a $250.00 non-refundable deposit,
you will receive a packet of information to get you started on the adoption of
your child. The
information about creating your dossier will be given to you along with the
packet of information you will need to complete documents once we have
received your application and deposit. All families must complete: · A home study or the requirements for their state's adoption laws · INS I-600A application and receive an INS approval · Complete dossier of documents required by the government for the country which the child will be adopted from The

or you can call for the INS form on the 1-800 forms line at 1-800-870-3676.
The form will give you the necessary requirements. (we can help you with
